Meadow View Heights and Movie Ranch are located behind the Duck Creek Village and across the meadow.
Year around water has been installed and is available. Power and phone utilities are also available. Access is all year
around to both areas and the high altitude of Duck Creek Village is great during the winter holidays. Homeowners in these
areas enjoy the short
ride on atvs or snowmobiles to Duck Creek Village.
There are some heavily forested lots of spruce and aspen trees in Meadow View Heights. Movie Ranch has some nice open lots close to Duck Creek in the meadow and some lots in the trees.
These subdivisions have some very nice flat lots for easy builds and plenty of trees for privacy. Some of the lots border the Dixie National Forest.
 Both of these subdivisions are very desirable areas due to the proximity to the village and the nice vegatation.
Deer abound in these areas and I always see bucks grazing on peoples lots. Snowmobiling is great in both areas. It also helps melt the snow in the winter. With the recent road and utility improvements both areas just keep getting better.
These subdivisions offer some of the nicest lots on the mountain at great prices. Lot sizes are roughly half an acre with some being a little less and some being larger. Give me a call for more information and to set up an appointment to see properties in these areas.
