The nearby stream has great brook trout fishing, and Kolob reservoir has excellent trout fishing only 12-15 miles away. The area has lots of deer, elk, eagles, and almost whatever other kind of forest creature you could imagine. The land accross the street is about 2000 acres of pasture land. The subdivision is very small when compared to other areas on the mountain so if peace and quiet is what you want you'll find it here.
