Long Valley Long Valley Estates is at about 7200 feet elevation and is about 15 miles from Duck Creek Village. Power and water to some lots. Sizes of the lots varies between .5 and 5 acres. Trailers are permitted and the roads are not maintained in the winter months. Due to lower elevation access is longer in the fall and spring. Beautiful trout filled Sevier river runds through the area.
